A Seattle-based craft knife maker says it plans to open a second store downtown after losing its original site in downtown Bellevue.

The shop, located at 2121 3rd Ave., will sell items made from a variety of materials, including wood, stone, metals and other raw materials.

Owner and manager Jens Riek says the store will be open on weekends from June 15 through August 7, and it will be available for customers to purchase items such as wood, glass, stainless steel and ceramic knives.

The Seattle Times reported that the company was eyeing a new location in downtown Bellingham.
