A new game has come to the baseball diamond: cricket.
The sport has been a popular one for many years, and the popularity is growing.
The MLB announced this year that it would play its first four-day series in 2019.
The series is expected to draw about 12,000 fans to Rogers Centre in Toronto.
It’s the first of two scheduled series in the Toronto area.
The first of those will take place April 8 and 9, 2019.
It will be held on the Rogers Centre’s field.
The Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto FC have both been in discussions with the Blue Jays about a possible match-up in the rivalry.
The Blue Jays have long sought a game between the teams.
A Blue Jays spokesman told the Toronto Star this week that the team is “committed to having a competitive, exciting, and entertaining rivalry.”
In an interview with ESPN last year, Blue Jays first baseman Edwin Encarnacion said the team had “a lot of fun” and “excited” about a potential match-to-match rivalry.
